Granted it’s just a demo, but I had a really hard time with “The Simpsons Game” on the 360. Keeping Bart or Homer away from the Lard Lad’s lasers while rotating the game’s camera around to get a shot at him was really tough. Despite that issue, I will more than likely fork over my $60 for this game.

The audio was hilarious, from the Krusty robots to Kent Brockman’s play-by-play. It’ll be interesting to see how this all plays out over the entire game. The opening cutscene seemed lifted right from an episode of the show and it looked great in high definition. We are all big “Simpsons” fans so it’ll be nice to add a title into the 360 library in which my son and I can play together.

And while we’re on the subject of this game, I really can’t believe that Rockstar would be so upset about “The Simpsons Game” parody call “Grand Theft Scratchy.” I guess the last thing a company, whose games have become a lightning rod for people against the industry, would want is a little humor at their expense by America’s longest running TV show. Don’t they know it’s cool to be made fun of by “The Simpsons?”
